FAST Strength and Conditioning Center encompasses 2,475 sq. ft. of elite dryland training space and Olympic lifting equipment. This highly visible space anchors the entrance area of FAST. The FAST Falcons age groups, Masters, and facility members have availability to train in the state-of-the-art center focusing on movement-based exercises.

CANNONBALL KIDZ
Swimming is vital to the healthy development of children and a lifelong skill. The Circle Square Foundation is launching Cannonball Kidz, a community outreach program that will offer free swim lessons to all third-grade students in Marion County.
