Established in 2022, Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) is a venture of the Circle Square Foundation. The state-of-the-art aquatic center with leading-edge technology provides the Ocala community and beyond with programs and training opportunities that benefit every phase of life. Circle Square Foundation Trustee Kenneth D. Colen states, “The performance mindset learned at FAST is carried beyond the pool and into that person’s life. FAST is for the betterment of the community as a whole.”

The mission of FAST is to train swimmers and athletes of all ages and abilities to go beyond their best through exceptional coaching, premier facilities, and cutting-edge athletic programming. From learning to swim to professionals, FAST is always empowering our athletes to go beyond their best.
FAST offers learn-to-swim programs and swim lessons for all ages and abilities, along with aquatic fitness, open swim, life-saving water training for lifeguards and rescue personnel, and other various programs. FAST is home to the local high school teams, the FAST Falcons club team, FAST Falcons Masters and FAST Falcons Triathlon team.

The Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) facility is the premier swimming, training, and competition venue in the Southeastern United States. Located in Ocala, the heart of Central Florida, FAST features an indoor 10-lane 50m/25yd competition pool and a 8-lane 50m/25yd/25m outdoor competition pool. Our training facility also features a 2,475 sq. ft. dryland fitness center providing an excellent opportunity to train out of the pool as well.
FAST is equipped with the top-tier equipment to train, host, and engage in aquatic activities at the local, state, regional, and national levels. With seating for up to 2,000 spectators, everyone can enjoy the action while cheering on the competition.
