ABOUT
Coach Allison Beebe’s coaching career brings valuable experience and knowledge from coaching at the international, national, collegiate, and age-group levels. She has guided over 100 swimmers to compete at the collegiate level and has developed three US National Team swimmers, one of whom, won an Olympic gold medal. Beebe comes to FAST after spending five years with the Santa Clara Swim Club, where she was the High Performance Lead Coach and interim Head Coach. While at Santa Clara, Beebe coached multiple nationally ranked swimmers including two #1 nationally ranked swimmers and six first-time US Olympic Trials or World Champ Trials qualifiers. Beebe also served as an assistant coach for the Cali Condors, who were the 2020 ISL Team Champions. Additionally, Beebe was the head coach of the First Colony Swim Team in Sugar Land, TX. During her tenure, FCST tripled in size, expanded into four new facilities, and became a USA Swimming Gold Medal Team. Coach Beebe had three swimmers who represented the US at multiple World Championship, Pan Pacific, and Pan American Games. One swimmer, Simone Manuel, broke the 100-yard freestyle American record. Aside from developing swimmers, Coach Beebe has mentored several coaches who later became Head Age Group Coaches, Head Coaches, and USA Swimming staff members. She has also volunteered for numerous USA Swimming and LSC committees.

Coach Chris comes to FAST with fifteen years of coaching experience. Prior to joining FAST, Coach Chris was the assistant coach for four years and head coach for seven years at Gulliver Prep and Gulliver Swim Club. During this time, Chris assisted with building a club from having 35 swimmers to over 220 swimmers and earning Silver Medal Club recognition. He successfully developed athletes from age group swimming to high-performance, having guided numerous athletes who earned top-16 national age group rankings, Junior Nationals, US Open, Olympic Trials, and World Championships qualifiers. At the high school level, he led the girls’ team to six state titles and two runner-up finishes, while the boys’ team earned one state title and two runner-up finishes: the first state championship titles in the school’s history.
Coach Chris attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his BA in Mass Communication. While at the University of Pittsburgh, he was a four-year varsity letter winner, four-time All Big East First Team Selection, team captain his Junior and Senior years, and served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee his Junior and Senior years. As an athlete, Coach Chris qualified for Olympic Trials in 2004 and 2008, finishing 10th place in the 1500m Freestyle in 2004.

Emily comes to the FAST Falcons with a broad range of experience. As a coach, parent, and former elite level athlete she brings a unique perspective on long term athlete development.She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005 with a B.A. Journalism and a Minor in Exercise Physiology emphasis in Sport Psychology. She was a team captain for 2 years.
On deck, she has been fortunate to work and learn alongside some coaching greats.
In Arizona she shared a deck with Bob Gillet, Roric Fink, and Frank Busch while coaching for Arizona Desert Fox and Tucson Ford. As a head age group coach for Blue Tide Aquatics in Houston Texas she coached multiple swimmers to top three finishes at Texas Age Group Championships (TAGS), placed swimmers on the National Select Team, and was selected as the head coach for the Gulf Zones team. Emily has coached age group, high school and masters for the past 25 years. She is working on her level 3 coaching certification with ASCA.
She has written for Swimming World Magazine as well as Kiefer Aquatics.
As a swimmer Emily has represented the United States on the National team from 1998 to 2006. She has competed at two World Championships, Pan Pacific Championships, Goodwill Games and 2 Duel in the Pools. She is a 3 time NCAA Champion and still holds an NCAA record. She is a US national champion and placed third in the 2000 Olympic Trials in the 200 fly.

Cameron began coaching in Ames, Iowa while studying exercise science at Iowa State University. In Iowa, Cameron was a member of the coaching staff at Ames High School, a team that became the most dominant program in Iowa history after winning 9 of the last 12 state titles. During his time there, he was fortunate to work alongside and learn from some great coaches and swimmers. Many of whom went on to swim at the Division I, II, and III levels. Cameron comes to FAST from Colorado, where he was the Head Coach at Boulder High School and an assistant for one of the top club teams in the state, Elevation Athletics.
Cameron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

ASSISTANT COACH JASON TILLAGE
ABOUT
Coach Jason Tillage brings over 18 years of swimming and diving experience to FAST. He has coached several swim school swim and dive teams ranging from age group to high schoolers and served as Head Coach and Aquatics Director of the New Palestine Aquatics Club in Indiana. Under Coach Jason’s direction, the New Palestine men’s team won their first high school sectional swim title, and the women’s team placed runner-up. Coach Jason took leave from coaching to spend 11 years in the U.S. Navy as a flight engineer on the P-3 Orion and a Naval recruiter.
Coach Jason graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a B.A. in Sports Administration and Management. He also attended Vincennes University on a diving scholarship. Coach Jason is working towards his M.S. in Sports Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
As a coach, Jason focuses on creating a positive attitude in swimmers. The things he enjoys most about coaching are helping the athletes achieve something they didn’t think possible and helping them prepare for life outside of sports. While not coaching, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two German shepherds.

Coach Michael is a former collegiate track & field and cross country athlete who was later introduced to the world of swimming via the sport of triathlon. He competed throughout the world in both Ironman and International Triathlon Union events earning Ironman All-World-Athlete status while qualifying for Ironman World and Pan-American Championships. He is a certified Ironman coach and earned his credentials under the instruction of legendary triathletes Dave Scott, Mark Allen, and Paula Newby-Frazier. He continues to contribute to the sport of triathlon as a member of the Ironman Coaching Association.
Coach Michael earned the qualification of Master Training Specialist during his 21 year military career for developing and implementing courses designed to enhance learning, field performance, and health promotion. As a certified executive chef, he specializes in nutrition’s role in performance and taught nutritional cooking for three years at culinary school.
Coach Michael is educated in exercise science/physical education at Missouri Western University and Sport Psychology at National University. As a Sport Psychology Consultant, he diligently works to help athletes unlock their full physical potential by establishing a strong mental foundation. His athlete centered approach to coaching is based on the belief that “first things first and first things right” produce a competitive athlete and productive member of society.

Kevin Milak has never been away from the water, swimming competitively through college and transitioning into a career of aquatics. For most of his professional career, he has been a part of non-profit, member-based community organizations. Kevin has led and directed programs serving a large base of members, centered on aquatics programming ranging from learn-to-swim initiatives and after-school care to international-level competitive athletes and competitions. Kevin has spent time in every facet of a large, multipurpose facility from front line to leadership, as Lifeguard, Instructor, Camp Counselor, Program Director, Membership, Coach, Technician, Meet Director and Facility Director. He has his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, and holds certifications from USA Swimming (coaching, officiating), USA Diving (meet director), American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA Level 4), Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (Certified Pool Operator, Aquatic Risk Management) and the American Red Cross (Lifeguard, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguard Instructor). He has prepared and secured bids from multiple Local Swimming Committees, USA Swimming, UANA (now PanAm Aquatics), USA Diving, NCAA, College Swim Coaches Association, and numerous local clubs and partner organizations. Milak has also served as meet director for the National Club Swimming Association’s Championship meets since its inception in 2002 and has been meet director for countless USA Swimming LSC Championships, Zone and Sectional Championships in both Wisconsin and Indiana.

Coach Fleming is former competition swimmer who represented Great Britain in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, FINA world championships and European championships, and England in the Commonwealth Games. Coach Fleming is the former world record-holder and 2009 world champion in the 100m backstroke and won a total of eight medals in major international championships. In 2020, she was inducted to the Hall of Fame at the University of Florida, where she was a five-time NCAA champion, NCAA record holder, 18-time All-American Selection, 2009 SEC Female Swimmer of the Year, eight-time All-SEC Selection, four-time SEC champion, and four-time SEC record holder. Coach Fleming also taught lessons under SwimAmerica of Gainesville, FL for 12+ years. She is ESE certified and has worked in the public education system as a school counselor for 7 years. Her life philosophy is “empathy and kindness, together with hard work and dedication will take you far.”

Coach Gregg Troy was the Head Coach for the University of Florida Men’s & Women’s swim programs from 1998-2018. He also served as the Assistant Coach for the 1996 & 2008 US Olympic Men’s Swim team, eventually serving as the Head Coach for the 2012 Men’s US Olympic Swim Team. Coach Gregg has coached over 75 Olympians, including Caeleb Dressel, Ryan Lochte, and Elizabeth Beisel. He also served as the Head High School Coach at The Bolles School in Jacksonville from 1977-1997 and, most recently, as Assistant Coach for the 2021 US Olympic Swim Team.
